Here we are in 2016 and around here, snow has fallen. Temporarily. Our snow never stays long–in fact it’s turning to slush as I write. But there’s something about starting a new year (as arbitrary as that whole thing is) with a new look that’s really appealing. We get snow so infrequently that when it happens, there’s that extra sense of wow, the world is completely new. And when things are completely new, anything can happen, right? A good way to start another year.
So here’s to lots of new things, like this (huzzah!) and Hannah’s third book and adventures in food and words and trips into nature. Here’s hoping 2016 is the best year yet.
XO
Ria
Would love to be there!!
Would love you to be here too, Matt! But, actually, would rather be THERE, with your summer and all…:)
I’m with you, Ria, come HERE! The sunshine and strawberries are on us! Love and luck for a new year, my friend x x x
Looks as frosty out your way as it does here. So far, winter has been good. Hope it stays that way. All the best to you and Hannah for 2016.
Thank you, Anne! Same to you! The snow lasted about 1.5 days here. 🙁 But we have a snowball in the freezer…
